SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Oman) We offer delivery across Oman. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at dhofarwatches@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
